The remote isn't working with my TV?
Please check that your TV model is compatible with the remote you have purchased. If you're unsure please let me know the order number and the TV Model you have by emailing your concern to
helpdesk@ozdingo.com.au and we can check it for you.
If the remote you have purchased is only compatible with a 'Smart' TV which means that it needs to be able to connect to the internet eg Netflix/ Youtube ect.
(Please not if your TV is also a DVD /TV Combo this remote isn't compatible ) available
How do I set up my new remote?
You will see in the instructions there is two methods for Setting up your new remote.
| 1. Quick Brand - if combination key isn't available or working please follow instructions for Auto Search modd
