How to connect my K380EW Universal Aircon Remote to Wifi?

K-380EW is a universal air conditioner remote control with Wi-Fi that can directly and remotely control almost all air conditioner models in the market. You can remotely control your air conditioners wherever you are. With this remote you true remote and smart control, bringing greater convenience to your life.

The built in backlight and LED light enables you to operate it easily even in the dark snd for emergencies. Perfectly meets all your needs at any time.


If you are having trouble connecting your remote to the wifi please follow these steps to set up the wifi

1. make sure you are not on the 5G network when connecting - can be swapped over later - if still not working follow below steps: remove app and reinstall, and try again.

OR


1. Connect the iPhone with the wifi. Log in the app. Enter the ‘Device List’ page and input the correct password of the wifi.
2. Press ‘’SET’ & ‘LIGHT’ buttons simultaneously, release both until ‘02’ appears on the LCD.
3. Back to ‘Settings’ of the iPhone (do not exit GENIUS REMOTE APP, keep it running in the background). Get in WLAN and look for the Hotstop shared by the remote control (such as Chunghop_xxxx), and connect this wifi, then back to GENIUS REMOTE APP.
4. Press ‘Configuration’; and wait, it would succeed.
