What is the difference between the Maxi and Mini?

The difference isn't just the size of the machine but also the size of the ball. The 'Maxi' is designed for larger breeds of dogs while the 'Mini' has much smaller tennis balls which are not suitable for the larger breeds.

How far does it throw the ball?

  1. Maxi - 3 Meters - 7.5 Meters or 12 meters
  2. Mini - 3 Meters - 6 Meters - 9 Meter 

Do you sell spare balls?

Yes! we sell spare balls for both the maxi and mini in packs of 6

Can I use regular sized tennis balls with this product?


Mini Hyperfetch - No, this machine already comes with three small sized tennis balls. Size is: Approx 5cm in diameter and 15cm in circumference  Regular sized tennis balls are too big for the machine.

Maxi Hyperfetch - Yes, please check the measurements of any other balls you may purchase. Size is : 2.5" Tennis Balls.



I have plugged it in machine but it will not turn on?

The Hyper Fetch Maxi does have a built in battery pack and will need to be charged for at least 10 hours prior to use to ensure it operates at its full capacity. If the machine isn't turning on at all you will need to open the battery compartment and connect the adaptor to the battery before use.
