Instruction

1) Check the machine when you open the carton. Please reinforce the screw which may be loose during the transportation. Check the bottom disk and drive belt, please adjust the belt if the tightness is not suitable.

2) Put the machine on the flat ground, and let the machine run empty for 2-5 minuets to make sure there is no problem with the machine.

3) Try to make the cut as small as you can when bleeding the Fowl (better to cut the Fowl’s neck with the cone-knife, which will prevent the Fowl’s head from dropping off in depilating).

After bleeding, dunk the Fowl in warm water (30-50℃). Make sure all the feathers are completely soaked. It is better to put some salt into the water which can protect the skin from damage.

4) Next soak Fowl in hot water (75). Churn slowly to heat thoroughly.

5) For best results it is best to pluck the fowl straight away.

6) Turn on the machine, put the hot Fowl in. During depilating, please put  hot water onto the Fowl, the feather will be washed away and run out of the machine with the dirty water, this should take approx. 40-60 sec.

7) Once all feather have been removed turn off the machine and take out fowl once the machine stops completely.

Important Notice.

1) For your safety, please install leakage protector and link safety ground line

2) Main power supply should be higher than the machine supply

3) Never touch the machine with wet hands
