Maintenance Instructions
Please ensure the unit is kept in a well ventilated area and not inside a cupboard or confined space.
Please note due to the UV light sanitising action combined with wet towels or tool, some unpleasant odour may occur during the sanitising process.
The machine should only be switched on for a maximum operating time of up to 8 hours per day. Please only leave towels in an operating machine for a maximum of 2 hours.
Always make sure that towels are actually in the warmer whilst it is switched on. No towels present will cause damage to the unit.
Leaving towels in an operating machine for extended periods of time may cause discolouration and stiffness of the towel.
Not adhering to all operating instructions may cause damage to the machine and void the warranty.
How do I clean my towel warmer?
Your towel warmer should be emptied and cleaned daily to avoid damage to the cabinet.
- Ensure towel warmer is cleared of towels/utensils
- Remove metal racks and wipe down with warm soapy water
- Ensure any sprays or chemicals used will not cause damage to the inside surface
- Remove drip tray and wash with warm soapy water
- Allow all parts to dry overnight before turning the unit back on
Can I use wet towels in my towel warmer?
Please only use damp towels as wet towels will drip and may lead to rust inside the machine
What do I do if water is pooling in my towel warmer?
At the back of the unit there are small feet which can be adjusted to make the back of the unit higher than the front and will allow any excess water to drain to the front of the machine where the drip tray is located.
