What is sodium bicarbonate used for?

Sodium Bicarbonate, also known as Baking Soda and has been used for centuries in cooking, for cleaning and as a water softener amongst other many other things.

Its quite often referred to as Bicarb, Sodium Bicarb, Baking Soda, Cooking Soda, Cleaning Soda, Bread Soda or Bicarbonate of Soda.

Our Bicarb Soda does not contain Aluminium and is Australian Certified and tested, Grade Number 1, in essentially a crystalline powder form, which is Food Grade.
