Can I Cancel, Edit or Update My Order?

Yes , in most cases we can amend your order and or cancel it if you contact us prior to the item being shipped to you. 

If you have made an error or need to change/cancel your order please contact us as soon as you can by opening a ticket here with your order number and the details.

We will always do our very best to ship all orders within 1 business day of the order being placed so this can mean that sometimes we have shipped your order prior to being able to make any changes or cancellations. Please have no worries though you can still contact us and we will try our very best to have the order amended or arrange for it to be returned for you if you wish to have it cancelled.
