If you haven't received all your items in your order please have no worries we will sort it out for you.

Sometimes larger orders do need to be shipped separately which means you may receive multiple parcels on separate dates. If this is the case we will always send you an update once your order is shipped notifying you that there are multiple tracking numbers. Please check your spam or junk mail to see if we have emailed you.

If you do only have one tracking number and you are missing items, please have no worries just open a ticket here with your order number and a photo of what you have received and we will respond to you within 1 business day to resolve the issue.
