Please don't panic this is very normal for Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) to freeze at a higher than normal temperature. 

The freezing point is approximately 20 degrees celsius. If your order has arrived and has frozen in transit simply just pop the bottle into a bowl of warm water to defrost the liquid.
