How Do I Change My UV Bulb?

How Do I Change My UV Bulb?

If the UV light isn't working in your towel warmer or sterilizer cabinet, it is likely that the bulb has come out of place during transit or it may have blown.

If this is the case, have no worries we have spare bulbs we can send you straight away and we have instructions on how to install the bulb.

To check the bulb can you please open the door to the machine and on the back wall inside there should be 6 screws which you can unscrew and remove.

Once the screws from inside the machine have been removed you can remove the screws on the outside at the back of the machine and take the metal plate off.

When you remove the metal plate you will see there is a small rectangular box which the bulb is fitted in. Please just gently remove the box and you will see the bulb inside.

Please insert the new bulb and turn until you hear a click sound.

Once the bulb is locked into position you won't be able to see the gold pin through the gap anymore in the socket.

Please have a look at the this short video we made
